By using the services of Akhand Bharat Packers and Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
- Service Scope: Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and related relocation activities as agreed at the time of booking. Any additional services requested later may incur extra charges.
- Quotation & Pricing: All quotations are based on the details provided by the customer, including volume of goods, distance, and service type. Prices may change if there is a variation in the declared items or additional requirements. We follow transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
- Payment Terms: Advance payment may be required before the commencement of services. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment terms, usually before or at the time of delivery.
- Packing & Handling: While we use quality packing materials and trained professionals, the company is not responsible for damage caused due to poor-quality items, self-packed goods, or items not declared at the time of booking.
- Insurance: Transit insurance is optional and provided on request. Claims will be settled as per the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.
- Prohibited Items: Customers must not include hazardous, illegal, perishable, or flammable items. The company is not liable for consequences arising from the transportation of restricted items.
- Delays & Unforeseen Events: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such delays will not be considered a breach of contract.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service preparation.
- Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the extent defined in the agreed service terms or insurance coverage, if opted.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
